Join Minerva for a rare guided tasting of vintage champagnes, led by a Noble Rot sommelier who will walk us through the history, terroir, and artistry behind each bottle. Expect expressive, elegant vintages, deep storytelling and a quietly luxurious atmosphere. Wines will range from the 1970s to 2000s.
