A cult classic, reimagined for the stage — sharp, stylish and unsettling.
Join Minerva for a rare opportunity to attend American Psycho: The Musical, one of London’s most talked-about theatrical productions of the season. Originally sold out, the show has been extended due to overwhelming demand and we’ve secured a limited number of tickets for this shared cultural outing.
Based on Bret Easton Ellis’s controversial 1991 novel and the iconic 2000 film, American Psycho is transformed into a musical thriller with music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik (Spring Awakening) and direction by Rupert Goold. Set against the slick excess of 1980s Manhattan, the story follows Patrick Bateman, a man with impeccable taste, enviable status and a deeply fractured inner life.
Stylish, darkly comic and deliberately provocative, the production places Bateman centre stage as an anti-hero for our time, exploring themes of identity, power, masculinity and moral emptiness beneath polished surfaces.
This is a relaxed, shared Minerva cultural outing rather than a hosted dinner. Members will attend the performance together, with the option to continue the evening informally afterwards for those who wish.
A chance to experience one of the most in-demand shows in London together!
Tickets are refundable, if another member is able to take your place. Tickets are non-refundable 2 weeks before the event
